The Sorcerer's Apprentice is a 2010 American fantasy adventure film that is based on the Johann Wolfgang von Goethe poem of the same name (also the Paul Dukas symphonic poem as well). It was produced by Jerry Bruckheimer, directed by Jon Turteltaub, & stars Jay Baruchel (David "Dave" Stutler), Jake Cherry (Young Dave), and Nicolas Cage (Balthazar Blake). This film has been rated PG (MPAA/USA (certificate #46139) for fantasy action violence, some mild rude humor and brief language, PG (Canadian English), and G (Canadian French).
