The Walking Dead is a 2010 live-action horror television series that is based on the ongoing graphic novel series of the same name by Robert Kirkman. It was produced by Denise M. Huth, Tom Luse, Adam Fierro, Gregory Nicotero, David Alpet, Frank Darabont, Charles H. Eglee, Gale Anne Hurd, (GET THIS!) Robert Kirkman, Jack LoGiudice, & Skip Schoolnik, directed by Frank Darabont, Ernest R. Dickerson, Guy Ferland, Gwyneth Horder-Payton, Michelle Maxwell MacLaren, & Johan Renck, written by Charlie Adlard, Frank Darabont (Yes, him again!), Robert Kirkman (& him, too!), & Tony Moore, & stars Andrew Lincoln (Rick Grimes). This series has been rated TV-MA(USA), 18A (Canadian English), & 13ans+ Canadian French). Believe it or not, I've seen this show, so I would give this series 87% of a star.

The Jazz Singer (1927)

The Jazz Singer is a 1927 film that is the 1st (AND I MEAN THE 1ST!) feature-length movie with synchronized dialogue, or "talkie", as they call it. In 1928, it was nominated for an Oscar for Best Writing, Adaptation (Alfred A. Cohn), but it won an Honorary Award for WB (you all know what it stands for) for producing The Jazz Singer, the pioneer outstanding talking picture, which has revolutionized the industry, then, in 1996, it won a National Film Registry award. It was produced by Warner Bros. Pictures, directed by Alan Crosland, written by Samson Raphaelson, Jack Jarmuth, and Alfred A. Cohn, and stars Al Jolson (Jakie Rabinowitz), May McAvoy (Mary Dale), Warner Oland (Cantor Rabinowitz), and Cantor Joseff Rosenblatt (Himself-Concert Recital). This film has been Unrated, though it would earn a G-rating. I would give this movie 97 stars.

I don't know how to put this into words, so if you want a plot, look on IMDb. It's not that I haven't seen the movie, but I DO know that a famous quote is in the movie, "Wait a minute, wait a minute. You ain't heard nothin' yet!"

Alpha and Omega in 3-D is a 2010 CGI film that's based on a story by Steve Moore. Sadly, Dennis Hopper (who, BTW plays Tony) died shortly afterward, so the film was dedicated in his name. It was produced by Ken Katsumoto, Steve Moore, Richard Rich, Timothy Yoo, Noah Fogelson, A. K. Madhavan, Michael Paseornek, Seemha Ramanna, & Priyank Raj, directed by Ben Gluck & Anthony Bell, written by Chris Denk & (DUH!) Steve Moore, & stars the voice talents of Justin Long (Humphrey), Hayden Panettiere (Kate), Christina Ricci (Lilly), Dennis Hopper, Danny Glover (Winston), Chris Carmack (Garth), Larry Miller (Marcel), & Eric Price (Paddy/Mooch). This film has been rated PG for rude humor and some mild action (MPAA/USA [certificate #45887]), PG (Canadian English), and G (Canadian French), although it should've been rated PG-13 for rude humor, mild language, scary action, some suggestive content, and a brief drug reference. I would give this movie 69% of a star.

PLOT:

2 wolves (a female Alpha & a male Omega)  are kidnapped & are taken to Idaho to repopulate. They try to get back home to Jasper Park, Canada (which, BTW, is a real place) for a planned marriage, but they find themselves falling in love with each other.

Meet the Robinsons in 3-D

Meet the Robinsons is a 2007 CGI film that is Disney's 47th animated film & based on William Joyce's children's picture book A Day with Wilbur Robinson. The film was, at first, going to be made in live-action, keep the book's name, and be released (somewhere) in 2006, but that changed since 60% of the movie was, well, changed. It was produced by Dorothy McKim, Bill Borden, David J. Steinberg, Makul Wigert, Monica Lago-Kaytis, Clark Spencer, John Lasseter, & (GET THIS!), William Joyce, directed by Stephen John Anderson, written by Don Hall, Aurian Redson, Jon Bernstein, Michelle Bochner, Nathan Greno, Joseph Mateo, Stephen John Anderson, Robert L. Baird, Daniel Gerson, & Shirly Pierce, & stars the voice talents of Daniel Hansen & Jordan Fry (Lewis), Wesley Singerman (Wilbur Robinson), Paul Butcher (Stanley Pukowski), Stephen John Anderson (Bowler Hat Guy/Grandpa Bud Robinson/Tallulah Robinson), Aurian Redson (Frankie), & Tom Selleck (Cornelius Robinson). This film has been rated G in both the USA & in Canada, although it should've been rated PG for some mild action. I would give this movie 99% of a star.

PLOT:

Lewis is a 12-year-old orphan whose dream is to find the mother he never knew, so he creates an invention he calls the Memory Scanner. But a person called the Bowler Hat Guy sabotages & steals it. A 13-year-old stranger named Wilbur Robinson takes Lewis to the future in a flying time machine, but after having an argument over him taking Lewis back to see his mom, the time machine crashes. They take it to the garage at Wilbur's house where Lewis meets "a real live robot", whose name is Carl & who goes up a travel-tube, screaming all the way! Then Wilbur, after slamming a fruit hat on Lewis's head to cover his hair, goes after Carl.

Okay now, the 2nd half of the movie is based on the book, so you probably can guess what happens next. There's also a surprise somewhere at the end of the movie. I don't want to give away the entire story.
